Cocktail of the Week: Toasted Lemon
It doesn't get more classic than this cognac cocktail. Sweet, grilled lemon perfectly compliments the delicate caramel of Martell cognac.
Here's how to make it at home:
- 400 ml Martell VSOP
- 200 ml triple sec
- 200 ml sweet, grilled lemon
Shake and double strain into coupette and garnish with lemon slice.
