Pitcher of the Week: Rum Mai-Tai

Who doesn't love a rum cocktail? This 'Mai-Tai' recipe courtesy of Diplomático Rum strikes the perfect balance between sweet, tart and savoury. 

How to make a rum 'Mai-Tai' pitcher at home:

  • 10.5 oz Diplomático Reserva

  • 3.5 oz orange liqueur

  • 6 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice

  • 5 oz simple syrup

  • 7 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • Top up pitcher with pineapple juice

  • Garnish with half a lime shell, pineapple cube, cherry, mint and add ice
