On January 25th, also known as Robbie Burns Day, poetry fans come together to celebrate and honour the late Scottish poet, Robbie Burns.

Since his birth in 1759, celebrating Robbie Burns Day has become a tradition for friend and family and this year the Dewar’s Highland Robbie Burns Day Cocktail is the perfect drink to keep you warm during the bitter cold days and nights ahead this winter.

The Highland Robbie Burns Day Cocktail

  • 2 parts Dewar’s 12 shaken with Benedictine
  • 1 part Pineapple juice
  • .5 parts Lemon juice
  • .5 parts Honey syrup

  • Served over ice in a rocks glass
