Cocktail of the week: Red Chili Margarita

It’s official; Winter is coming. Temperatures are colder and the days are shorter. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have a mini getaway in your kitchen. The red chili margarita adds a little kick to the classical recipe, with a mature Fresno chili adding a smokier and fruitier taste. Enjoy it with tortilla chips and salsa.
Here’s what you’ll need to make this simple yet delicious recipe.
1 1/2 ounces Tequila
l/2 ounce Triple Sec
4 ounces Sour Mix
5 pieces Fresno Chili
Rim glass with Salt.
lnto a shaker with ice, pour Tequila and Triple Sec, Sour Mix and Chilis.
Shake and pour mixture into a salt rimmed glass.
Top with Fresno Chili
Garnish with a Lime.
