Presented by EVIO Community, the evening’s panel highlighted topics that would provide insight and empower attendees to create change within their communities. Guests were greeted upon arrival with a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne before making their way into the lobby bar to mingle with a crowd of influential leaders and tastemakers. Leading up to the main event, attendees were kept hydrated with a selection of beverages, which included Johnnie Walker Black Label and Don Julio Blanco cocktails, Peroni beer, Georgian Bay Spirit Co. gin and vodka smashes, MEIOMI wine, and FLOW Water.
Panelists included Brandi Leifso (CEO and founder, EVIO Beauty Group), Annaliese Kibler (director of regulatory affairs, Aurora Cannabis), Emily Ramshaw (country lead, Bumble Canada), and Kiely Maclean (co-founder of RJ Maclean, and this year’s winner of Veuve Clicquot’s New Generation Award). Moderated by Editor-in-Chief, Lance Chung, the evening’s discussion covered topics, which included leadership, negotiating one’s worth, mentorship, mission-driven companies, and how men could be better allies in achieving equal opportunity.
Upon conclusion of the panel, the evening’s guests were encouraged to network in-between getting their photos taken at the Bumble photo booth and learning more about EVIO Community, and how they are working towards breaking stigmas towards a more conscious future.
